Personal training program just for you

I plan the program based on your current situation, physical shape, ambition and where you are in life with work and family life .. You do not have to be elitist in any way to need a customized program - on the contrary.

As a completely ordinary woman, there are lots of challenges and chores during everyday life so it can be difficult to get time and conscience for training.

I create a program that is flexible and efficient. The program is based on trail running and the surrounding training with strength, technique, and mobility, which is a prerequisite for being able to be a sustainable runner for many years. And by the way, also handle all the other physical chores in everyday life like shopping bags, child lifting, sedentary work and a lot of other things.

The programs include 2-3 weekly workouts - and the number should not be intimidated.

The programs are varied and the strength, technique and mobility parts are often to split up and perform as smaller blocks of 10 minutes when you have the time for it.

I start each training session with a conversation and personal training class so that we can both align expectations and so I can instruct you correctly in the exercises and optimize your running style.

Hver 2-3 uge bliver programmet justeret og tilpasset i takt med din udvikling - det kan både være op og ned. Tilpasningen sker enten i forbindelse med Skype, Facetime, telefon eller en personlig træningstime.

Pris:

600 kr. pr måned

I kombination med træningsprogrammet tilbyder jeg også personlige træningstimer - så jeg løbende kan instruere, tilpasse og optimere øvelser og løbestil. Jeg træner kvinder som får lagt et træningsforløb for 2-3 uger af gangen og så er det i kombi med personlige træningstimer 1-2 gange om måneden samt 1-2 telefonopkald.

 

Priser for personlige træningstimer

  • 1 x 1 time: 600 kr
  • 5 x 1 time: 2.700 kr
  • 10 x 1 time: 5.500 kr

I kan også være flere der får personlige træningstimer:

  • 1 time med 2 personer: 850 kr
  • 1 time med 3-4 personer: 1100 kr
